SUBMIT AN EVENT OR DEAL
Got a good find?
Tell us.
MTL Bulletin is made by Montrealers, for Montrealers. If you run a business, organize an event or spotted a great deal in your neighbourhood, send it our way.
What we’re looking for.
- Grocery deals and specials in Montréal stores
- Affordable places to eat
- Free (or nearly free) activities, outings and events
- Community events open to the public
What makes the cut.
To be considered, a submission should:
- be in Montréal
- be open to the public
- have a clear price (or be free), with no hidden conditions
- have clear dates
- link to a public page where readers can confirm the details
We don’t publish misleading or unverifiable offers, personal sales or classified ads, multi-level marketing, gambling, political or partisan campaigns, or discriminatory, hateful or adult content.
How to submit.
Email bulletin@mtlbulletin.com with:
- the name of the business or event
- the address and neighbourhood
- the offer or price, and any conditions
- start and end dates
- a link to the details
- your name, and whether you’re connected to the business or event
Suggesting a deal is free, but we can’t include everything. We pick what we think is most useful to readers. We may edit the wording for formatting, without changing the offer itself. Selected submissions may appear in an upcoming issue. Sponsored offers are always labelled.
Sharing your photos.
We’d love to show Montréal through your eyes. If you have photos of our beautiful city that you’d like to share, we’d be happy to give them pride of place on our website and in the bulletin. If you send us a photo:
- only send photos you took yourself
- ask permission from anyone who can be recognized in it
You keep your copyright. By sending us a photo, you give MTL Bulletin free, non-exclusive permission to publish it, cropped or edited, on our website, in the bulletin and on our social media. We’ll credit you by the name you choose, or not at all if you prefer. You can ask us to stop using it at any time, though issues already sent can’t be recalled.
